Pickling

I picked up a bucket of cheap pickling cucumbers, cukes to some, at the local farmers market on Saturday morning. I’ve made pickles before using a Dill Pickle recipe but I wanted something more exciting this time so I opted to make Kinda Sorta Sours from these American Pickle recipes.
